One with the mix I list in the video and one without any DX685. That way you can see the difference between the two. You might find you like one of those spray outs or you might want to go right in the middle of the two. Do y...

My 72 floor shift column I took apart didn't have the inner lock out tube, is that because it's a floor shift or has someone been in here before and left it out or lost it?

very helpful video, thank you for taking the time to do this. I'm rebuilding my 70 charger column now. Not sure what should be there, or what I am missing, not finding too many people who are helpful, or can tell me what I have vs what parts I need to find. Your staple in the bearing, I believe that is probably a ground connection. I only know that because servicing a large commercial IR compressor one time, there was a filter that had staples holding a rubber seal on the end of it. After the tech. pulled them out, later read the instructions/warning label about DO NOT REMOVE he found them, and popped them back in. Oops. lol

Nice video well explained, quick question how you know if your steering shaft was collapsed and what will happen if you leave it like that, or what you need to do to repair it?

Shouldn't you be using distilled water, not tap water, to rinse your parts after pulling them out of the blackener concentrate? If you haven't yet protected them with oil/sealer, I would think you are introducing minerals to catalyze corrosion.

I was working for Dodge when the 96 GTS came out, I did not hear you had to own a gen 1 to buy one. I DO remember you couldn't buy a GTS-R unless you owned a Viper already.

people go on about the jaguar e-type saying it's the prettiest car of all time and what have you, and then there's this american muscle car from the 90s that many people have actually never even heard of and it looks like said e-type, but on steroids - and kinda better as well. 44:43 this shot is so so good, amazing wheel design as well. if that was my car, i'd just sit there for an hour with a good beer, beholding its utter beauty.

i've never seen one here in germany. also there are only 4 gen1/2 on sale, no gts coupes. crazy. i'm 30 now and have very fond memories of my little viper model car which looked exactly like the blue one here. if i won the lottery, i'd definitely import one. people here would freak out if they saw one on the streets. they'd have no idea what they're lookin at. but everyone would look. it's just one mega car.
